Races, clans and identity

Seven things say who your character is. The server rolls four of them when you first join; you pick the other three.

SlotHow it is setWhat it does
RaceRolledTen races, each with a perk, a signature, a body and moves of its own
ClanRolled43 clans in five tiers, from Common with no perks to the Clan of D.
Haki aptitudeRolledThe colour you are born best at: half again as much Haki XP
TraitRolledOne small passive: good, a trade, or a small (or silly) loss
FactionPickedA starter kit, your rookie title, and how Marines, pirates and bandits first see you
AmbitionPickedA little more damage and Mastery XP with one family, or more EXP or Berries
EpithetPicked from those earnedA small bonus; 62 to earn in five rarities

Blank Posters

A new character holds five Blank Posters. Race, clan, Haki aptitude and trait each get one free reroll you may take or leave, before or after Set Sail. Every reroll after that costs one poster. A roll can land on what you already had. Changing your faction, ambition or epithet is free the first time and costs a poster after that, and a changed faction never hands out its kit again.

Posters are hard to come by on purpose: level milestones pay them, and they are handed out at events and with redeem codes. No boss drops them and nothing can be farmed for them.

Races

Every race is rolled from one pool. Odds follow how common each people is in the lore.
